Just as we were closing down shop for tonight, Skye and I were reading his bible and we heard this very, very loud sound outside. It was hailing!! It's such a treat for us. We never have snow, hail, hard rain, that sort of thing, so we were all jazzed. Alan still hasn't gotten his convertible top replaced (someone smashed it, so it's still completely open)...soooo, he scooped up some of it off his car for Skye. He was snoring and I abruptly woke him up to send him outside to move the car to the garage where I park. Oh my!! What a rude awakening. So, he brought Skye back a big cup full of hail. We even microwaved it to see what would happen! Science lesson at 8:00 at night!!
